3-digit personal extension number.
We will verify if this number is
available for your event when we confirm
your registration. If you would
prefer for us to choose your number, we
would be happy to do so.

may be paid conveniently online or by calling us
at 1.800.286.5885 to discuss other payment options. |

We will email or call you
to confirm that your registration has been received.
Your personal extension number will be verified or assigned to you
at that time. |

printed on the

Please send your guest
list to The Guest Book before you mail
out your invitations, so we are able to keep
accurate records as the responses start to come in.
You can mail,
email
or fax your list.
Please alphabetize your list and include as many contact
telephone numbers or email addresses as you are able. |

If your list is sent by
email, we will use the information to create a
spreadsheet where your responses and any guest comments
or comments from The Guest Book will be recorded. You
will be sent an update of your guest responses regularly
so you can keep informed on how everything is coming
along. |

We will begin contacting
your unconfirmed guests after your rsvp date and about a week before your final
count is needed. We will continue to keep you updated
every step of the way. |
